SEQWeather + costs A$4.99 / month or A$19.99 / 6 months (no GST is charged), in Australian dollars. It renews automatically at the end of each month (Monthly) or each 6 months (6 Months), using the card you pay with, until you cancel. We email you about a week before each 6 Months renewal. You can cancel at any time in My account; you keep SEQWeather + until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. Going back to Free: cancel the renewal in My account. You keep SEQWeather + until the end of the time you have paid for and then move to Free by yourself; you cannot switch to Free while you still have paid time. Changing plans is not prorated: if you switch between Monthly and 6 Months, the new plan starts when you pay for it, and the unused part of the plan you leave is not credited or refunded. The best time to change is just before your current period ends, and afterwards check My account to make sure only the plan you want is active. Part-periods are not refunded, but nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Billing questions: use the Contact Us form.
