3 Usage agreement

Please read the agreement before accepting. A copy of your acceptance will be included in your email receipt.

This agreement is for NON-Exclusive perpetual rights to your uploaded content.
1. I agree to allow SEQ Weather (and our associated partners) to publish my content on Social Media and Webpages.
2 I allow SEQ Weather to overlay a SEQ Weather Logo on published content supplied along with the words "Not for media use".
3 Credit of the content is given by your first name, unless telling us above. (please use business name above for credit details)
4. I understand that SEQ Weather may need to contact you if the media requests usage of my uploaded content. (We will NOT share your details with them unless you agree)
5. I also agree I am the legal copyright holder of this content and have not signed any exclusive copyright deals on supplied content before signing this agreement.
6. I understand I will NOT receive any payment or return for the published content.
